How did you come up with this approach?

I’ve been in the mortgage business for 15 years. First, I started a software company that made mortgages transparent to home buyers through visualization software. From that experience of consumer protection, I thought about ways that I could shorten the journey from wondering about homeownership to knowing the shortest, most advantageous path.

From working with countless home buyers, these are my findings:
